Regarding Back Panels for General Exhibitor Booths at JRRF2026

The back panels (180×120cm) that were placed at general exhibitor booths at JRRF2025 will NOT be provided at JRRF2026. This is not listed in the application form, so it should not cause any issues, but we wanted to inform you just in case. Sponsor company booths will have back panels provided according to their sponsorship tier. Each back panel measures 180cm (height) × 120cm (width). Pinning is not allowed, so we recommend hanging materials from hooks at the top.

[For Exhibitors] Exhibitor Guidelines & Rulebook Updated

Rules regarding changes to exhibition days and booth assignments have been added to the Exhibitor Guidelines & Rulebook. Exhibition days (both days / single day) and booth assignments confirmed by the organizers cannot be changed in principle. If you wish to make changes, please consult the organizers in advance. Unauthorized changes and retroactive discount/refund requests will not be accepted. A single-day exhibition option is now available for new individual and non-profit/educational applicants, offered at a discounted rate. As remaining floor space is limited, this is a fine-tuning allocation with a restricted number of slots. If you are interested, please contact the organizers in advance. Exhibitor Guidelines "Promotional Materials" Rule Updated

The "Promotional Materials" rule in the Exhibitor Guidelines has been updated. Individual booths are spaces designed for displaying and selling personal works and creations. Displaying or posting corporate promotional materials (banners, posters, flyers, etc.) is prohibited at individual booths, even for sponsor companies. Those wishing to exhibit as a company are requested to participate as sponsors. Please check the Exhibitor Guidelines for details.
