Single-Day Exhibition
For new individual / non-profit educational exhibitors: if you wish to exhibit for only one day, we can offer 60% of the regular price (applied to both with-sales and without-sales rates).
You must contact the organizers in advance. Single-day exhibition without prior arrangement is not permitted.
Applications accepted until 2026/3/31. However, as remaining floor space is very limited, this is a fine-tuning allocation with restricted availability and may close early.
The single-day exhibition option is not available for corporate sponsor exhibitors.
For Companies
Individual booths are spaces designed for showcasing personal works, and pricing is set accordingly. Corporate booths are also offered at low prices, so companies are requested to participate as sponsors. Even sponsor companies should not apply for individual booths.

Sagawa Express (prepaid)
Destination: Tokyo Ryutsu Center, E Hall
Please ship via Sagawa Express, prepaid by sender.
[REQUIRED] Write your booth number in large text on ALL packages
Booth number labeling is mandatory. Packages without booth numbers may not be delivered. Please write clearly and prominently on all sides (top and sides) of each package.
Booth numbers and other details will be communicated once finalized.
Sagawa Express Only
To avoid congestion at the venue, pre-event domestic shipping is limited to Sagawa Express only. Other carriers cannot be used.
For Overseas Sponsor Companies
Overseas sponsor companies will receive separate instructions regarding pre-event shipping arrangements.
May 31 (Sat) from 16:00
Sagawa Express
After the event, Sagawa Express will come to the venue. Both prepaid and cash-on-delivery shipping are available.
Sagawa Express Only
To avoid congestion at the venue, domestic shipping is limited to Sagawa Express only. Other carriers cannot be used.
For Overseas Companies
During the May 31 teardown only, overseas companies may use international carriers such as UPS or DHL.

How much is the exhibition fee?
Exhibition fees vary by booth size and type. Please check the application form or contact us for details.
Can I change booth name, photos, and description after applying?
You can edit your information through the dashboard until the deadline (April 15, 2026 23:59 JST). For changes after the deadline, please contact the administrator.
Can I exhibit from overseas?
Yes, we welcome exhibitors from overseas. Please contact us for details.
