JRRF 2026 Visitor Guidelines

First Draft: October 23, 2025

For exhibitors👉Exhibitor Guidelines

This guide is a rulebook for visitors, aiming to clearly present the necessary rules and regulations for everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable time, without being as rigid as formal terms and conditions. We value sharing a space where creativity and interaction can be enjoyed to the fullest with all of you.

These are the absolute minimum rules for that purpose.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following.

  • When in doubt, ask first.
  • If you see someone in trouble, inform staff and help each other.

※ Even when a report or consultation is received, we will not immediately assume a violation. The organizers will respond after confirming the situation.

Response to Rule Violations (Strictly Enforced)

  • The organizers will demand immediate cessation of problematic behavior.
  • If the organizers determine there is no improvement, you will be asked to leave.

Request for Hygienic Attendance

We recommend clean attire: As this event takes place during a hot season, please come with clean attire. Please pay particular attention to the hygiene of your clothing and be considerate so that those around you can be comfortable.

Finally

JRRF is a precious time where people who love making, creating, and 3D printing come together. People with the same interests as you, experts, those who want to learn—people from all walks of life gather here, but if you share the same "love," gender, nationality, and background don't matter. Here, everyone is equal. Since you have this opportunity, please take a step forward and say hello. Try not just Japanese, but also English or Chinese. Even if you make mistakes, even if you can only say greetings, your sincere feelings will definitely be conveyed. Beyond a little courage, new encounters and learning surely await. If you'd like a conversation starter, please bring your MakerChip. It should make JRRF even more enjoyable. Let's all work together to make these two days wonderful memories. And if you like the works or items you encounter at the venue, please share your thoughts on SNS. For the creators, that's the greatest encouragement.
