AM INSIGHT ASIA

AM Insight Asia (AMIA for short) is a brand-new media outlet launched on January 1, 2026, delivering English-language coverage of additive manufacturing (AM) and 3D printing with a focus on Asia — for a global audience. Asia is often spoken of as a single entity, but it encompasses 48 countries and roughly 60% of the world's population. It's a region of extraordinary diversity: some countries like China and India individually exceed the entire population of the EU, while others like Singapore occupy a remarkably small footprint. The economic landscape is equally varied. Yet language barriers remain a significant challenge, and many countries in the region have no dedicated AM media of their own. AMIA aims to serve as a gateway platform between the global and the local — and we hope it will help spark greater AM and 3D printing activity, for individuals and businesses alike.
