(2) Types & Prices
The types, prices, quantities, and sales periods of tickets are determined separately by the Organizer and displayed on the sales page.
(3) Sales Period
The distinction between early-bird and regular sales periods, as well as the sales conditions for goods tickets, shall follow the descriptions on the sales page.
(4) Purchase Limit
The number of tickets per transaction is limited to the maximum set by the Organizer.
(5) Contract Formation
Upon completion of ticket purchase, a contract regarding admission to the Event is formed between the attendee and the Organizer.

Article 4 (Ticket Cancellation & Refund)

(1) Cancellation Deadline
Cancellations and refunds at the attendee's convenience will only be accepted if requested by the method designated by the Organizer by 11:59 PM on April 30, 2026 (Thursday).
(2) Refund Process
If a cancellation request is made within the deadline, the Organizer will process the refund through Peatix's system. Fees related to the refund (payment processing fees, etc.) may be borne by the attendee in accordance with Peatix's policies.
(3) After Deadline
Cancellations after May 1, 2026 (Thursday) cannot be refunded, as costs for event preparation (venue setup, goods ordering, labor, etc.) have already been incurred.
(4) Goods Tickets
Cancellation of goods tickets shall be handled as follows:
a) Before goods manufacturing order: If within the cancellation deadline (April 30, 2026), the full ticket price (including goods) is eligible for refund through Peatix.
b) After goods manufacturing order: As goods are made-to-order for each purchaser and manufacturing costs are fixed after ordering, refunds of the full ticket price (including goods) cannot be provided. The timing of goods manufacturing orders will be announced in advance on the official website or by email.
(5) Partial Refund
No partial refunds will be given for two-day pass holders who attend only one day.

Article 5 (Ticket Transfer)

(1) Transfer Method
Attendees may transfer purchased tickets to third parties using Peatix's transfer function.
(2) Recommendation
If the cancellation deadline (April 30, 2026) has passed and attendance becomes difficult, we recommend using the transfer function instead of requesting a refund.
(3) Resale Prohibited
Commercial resale (selling to third parties at prices exceeding the purchase price) is prohibited. If resale is confirmed, the Organizer may invalidate the ticket, and no refund will be given.
(4) Disclaimer
The Organizer bears no responsibility for disputes between parties arising from ticket transfers.

Article 6 (Attendance Notes)

(1) Entry Method
Please display the QR code on your smartphone and present it to reception staff upon entry. Entry may be refused if the QR code cannot be displayed due to phone battery depletion, etc.
(2) Junior High & Below
Children in junior high school and below may enter free of charge, but must obtain a ticket (free admission) in advance. Entry without a ticket on the day is not permitted.
(3) Guardian Required
Children in junior high school and below must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older. There is no limit on the number of children per guardian, but the guardian assumes full responsibility for the safety and behavior of all accompanied children. If a child causes damage to third parties, exhibitors' displays, or venue facilities, the accompanying guardian bears liability.
(4) High School Tickets
Those using high school student tickets may be asked to present age-verification documents (student ID, health insurance card, etc.) at reception.
(5) Recording
Please follow venue signage and Organizer instructions regarding recording, filming, and photography within the venue.
(6) Re-entry
Whether temporary exit and re-entry is permitted will be determined by the Organizer based on the day's operational conditions.

Article 6-2 (Goods Exchange & Shipping)

(1) Exchange
Goods ticket holders should collect their goods at the designated goods exchange counter at the venue on the event day. A sub-ticket (goods exchange voucher) attached to the ticket must be presented.
(2) Sub-ticket Handling
Once a sub-ticket (goods exchange voucher) has been marked as used, it becomes invalid regardless of the reason. Even if marked as used due to operational error, the Organizer cannot objectively distinguish between used and unused sub-tickets, and therefore cannot reissue or exchange them. Please handle sub-tickets with care.
(3) Shipping for Non-attendees
Only those who purchased goods tickets but were unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances may have goods shipped after the event. Shipping will only be arranged if you contact [email protected] by email by June 14, 2026 (Saturday). Failure to contact by the deadline will be deemed as forfeiture of goods.
(4) Forgotten Exchange
If you attended but forgot to exchange your goods, it is your own responsibility. However, shipping can be arranged if you contact [email protected] by email by June 14, 2026 (Saturday). Failure to contact by the deadline will be deemed as forfeiture.
(5) Shipping Cost
If shipping is requested, the purchaser bears the shipping cost. The cost is the actual standard freight charge of the delivery company. For prepaid shipping, the cost will be communicated by email before shipping. Cash-on-delivery shipping is also available.
(6) Shipping Area
Goods shipping under paragraphs 3 and 4 is limited to addresses within Japan. International shipping is not available. Overseas residents should collect goods at the venue on the event day.
(7) Stock Availability
Goods shipping under paragraphs 3 and 4 is subject to the Organizer's stock availability. If goods cannot be provided due to manufacturing defects, etc., a refund equivalent to the goods price may be offered instead.

Article 7 (Exhibition Regulations)

(1) Payment
Exhibition fees must be transferred to the account designated by the Organizer by May 11, 2026 (Monday). If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the Organizer may revoke the exhibition acceptance.
(2) Exhibitor Cancellation
Cancellations at the exhibitor's convenience will only be refunded (minus transfer fees) if notified in writing or by email to the Organizer by May 11, 2026 (Monday).
(3) After Deadline
Exhibition cancellations after May 12, 2026 (Tuesday) are non-refundable, as reassignment of exhibition space is difficult and actual costs for venue and setup have already been incurred.
(4) Exhibition Content
Exhibition content is limited to what was declared to the Organizer at the time of application. Content may not be changed without prior consent.
(5) Prohibited Items
Exhibition or sale of items that violate laws, offend public order and morals, or are deemed inappropriate by the Organizer is prohibited. The Organizer may request removal of such items, and exhibitors must comply.

Article 8 (Exhibit Management & Liability)

(1) Self-management
Exhibitors are responsible for managing their own exhibits and equipment. The Organizer is not liable for theft, loss, or damage of exhibits within the venue, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
(2) Damages
If an exhibitor causes damage to venue facilities, other exhibitors, attendees, or third parties, the exhibitor bears liability.
(3) Insurance
The Organizer recommends that exhibitors obtain liability insurance covering the exhibition period.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)

(1) Guarantee
Exhibitors guarantee that their exhibits are items to which they hold legitimate rights or have obtained lawful permission from rights holders.
(2) Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise with third parties regarding copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights related to exhibits, the exhibitor shall resolve them at their own expense and responsibility, and the Organizer shall not be involved.
(3) Damages
If the Organizer suffers damage from such disputes, the exhibitor shall compensate for it.

Article 10 (Personal Information Handling)

(1) Purpose
The Organizer uses personal information obtained during ticket purchase and exhibition applications solely for event management, communication, and announcements.
(2) Third-party Provision
The Organizer will not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
(3) Details
Details of personal information handling shall follow the Organizer's separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Cancellation & Force Majeure)

(1) Rain or Shine
The Event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given for normal weather conditions.
(2) Cancellation/Postponement
The Event may be canceled or postponed if the Organizer reasonably determines that safe operation is difficult due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, typhoons, epidemics, government orders, terrorism, or war.
(3) Refund
If the Event is canceled due to force majeure, the Organizer will endeavor to refund fees already paid. However, refunds may be reduced by actual expenses already incurred (venue, setup, goods manufacturing, advertising, etc.), and full refunds are not guaranteed.
(4) Indirect Damages
The Organizer will not compensate for indirect damages such as transportation, accommodation, exhibit production costs, or lost profits incurred by attendees or exhibitors due to force majeure cancellation.
(5) Partial Cancellation
If only part of the Event schedule is canceled (e.g., one of two days), the Organizer will endeavor to refund a reasonable amount corresponding to the canceled date.

Article 12 (Organizer's Disclaimer & Liability Limitation)

(1) Disclaimer
The Organizer is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or theft/loss/damage of belongings of attendees inside or outside the venue, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
(2) Liability Cap
Even if the Organizer bears liability, the compensation amount shall be limited to the ticket price paid by the attendee or the exhibition fee paid by the exhibitor. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 13 (Prohibited Acts)

Attendees and exhibitors shall not engage in the following acts at the Event:

The Organizer may order violators to leave the venue. In such cases, no refund of ticket prices or exhibition fees will be given.

Article 14 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

Attendees and exhibitors represent and warrant that they are not members of organized crime groups, related enterprises, corporate extortionists, or other anti-social forces.

If found to be applicable, the Organizer may immediately terminate the contract, and no refund will be given.
